are we really blind to ourselves? i don't know. is the grasshopper who knows the field ignorant to the colour of his back, or is it a innate assumption that we are right and everything else is wrong?
ever and anon we lash out at imperfections in an instant, like an eagle on a mouse, without stopping to audit ourselves. we are quick to critisize, but are we as quick to turn it around and see if it applies to us?
i don't think so.
if everyone saw things from an aerial view, we'd be a lot more tolerant, and there could be world peace. the key word, is tolerance. both to others and yourself.
